Why Do I Deserve Your Business?

I started in printing and observed what could be considered "Traditional Marketing" at the time. What people react to, how they think, what they like, etc. This led me to sales at one point in my career. I learned how to sell by delivering high-quality service. It's pretty simple. Communicate well, deliver a great product/service, keep your word, and be on time.

I'm not saying that there are purposely bad agents out there but that like any professional service, you need someone who 'gets it".  Listen to your gut. I might be the perfect fit for you. I worked as a real estate SEO/marketing for 6 years and crushed it. I have also coached my son in youth football for over 17 seasons. Pretty much every year, all year, every season since he was around 8 years old. My wife is loving and supports me. She doesn't know it, or maybe I don't tell enough, but she keeps me grounded.

I also may not be a good fit. You know how it goes, we all just click with people for one reason or another. I'm pretty high-energy, work a lot, go go go all day and night, and at times, will talk your ear off.

What I can promise you is that I will do my part to make your real estate transaction work as best as humanly possible. Buying or selling a home is a big deal. I've been there. I'm not sure how many people understand exactly how many rules and regulations go into me being allowed to serve you. I know I didn't. This is after buying and selling two homes (using a real estate agent- lol) before I became a real estate agent. I had actually gone through the process and thought it didn't seem like a big deal. My first real estate agent was the best. He really "got it"! Eventually, he became a real estate attorney and was no longer helping buyers and sellers like me. The second agent I dealt with wasn't really as cool. Nice enough person but slow to respond and not really attentive.

With that being said, I want to be your "go-to" real estate agent here in Austin and I will do my best to earn your business by showing up on time, keeping you informed every step of the way, and looking out for your best interests. Acting as a fiduciary, I will always put your interests ahead of my own.
